Is Shelf really free forever?
Yes. Shelf stays $0 with no credit card. You can add, view, search, and use the inbox and tags within Shelf limits for as long as you like.
Is AI a separate purchase?
No. AI item suggestions are included in every plan. Shelf gets 3 per month; paid plans get higher monthly allowances. There is no separate AI add-on.
Is there a free trial?
Closet and Stockroom include a 7-day free trial. Warehouse has no trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
What about Warehouse seats and sharing?
Seats and multi-user sharing are coming soon and are not sellable yet. Today Warehouse is the higher-limits single-user plan.
What is the difference in CSV export?
Shelf exports limited columns (name, category, location, quantity) once per month. Paid plans unlock the full insurance-ready export with purchase price, date, space, container, and tags, as often as you like.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. After you sign in, open Settings → Billing to compare plans, start a trial, or upgrade anytime.
